Poděbrady Heart Day 2023
The fifth annual charity and educational event on cardiovascular disease prevention as part of World Heart Day.
Celebrate World Heart Day with us on Saturday 23 September in Poděbrady!
As part of the fifth annual Poděbrady Heart Day, we are expecting a busy programme full of concerts and lectures.
Program of the event:
13:30 Opening of the event
13:45 Band Rest in Haste
14:40 Presentation of the Poděbrady Heart Day Award for Lifetime Achievement to a doctor in the field of cardiology and cardiac surgery.
The company behind the creation of the award is Crystal Bohemia Poděbrady
14:45 LEONA MACHÁLKOVÁ with her band - musical hits
15:50 Meeting of marchers in red T-shirts at the flower clock - group photo
16:00 JOINT MARCH FOR A HEALTHY HEART THROUGH THE SPA PARK
The route is approx. 1.5 km long, the march starts at the floral clock, continues towards the railway station and ends in front of the stage at the Spa Colonnade
16:35 LEONA MACHÁLKOVÁ with her band - greatest hits
Red T-shirts with the Poděbrady Heart Day logo for the price of CZK 299 will be available for purchase at the event booth or at hotel receptions Lázně Poděbrady, a.s.
Proceeds from the sale will be donated to purchase rehabilitation aids for pediatric patients.
Accompanying programme:
Free admission to the exhibition of Marie Blabolilová at the Ludvík Kuba Gallery Poděbrady.
The Poděbrady majorettes will also perform.
For children there will be: heart helium balloons, face painting, competitions with prizes and an art workshop.
On the day of the event, the statue of King Jiří of Poděbrady will be illuminated in red on Jiří Square.
We are proud partners of the Poděbrady Heart Day and we will have our own stand with brochures, maps, a drawing corner for children and even a competition for tickets to PARK MIRAKULUM. So be sure to come and visit us :).
